It was picture day at school and crazy sock day. Brooklynn wanted to wear her green fuzzy socks with her dress. I guess they don’t take pictures of their feet. Still I thought it was weird they’d have it on the same day!
Pretty girls! They are growing up so fast! I hate it!!!
After a softball game the coach asked if the girls wanted to go toilet papering. It was one of his friends bdays the next day so he thought it would be a good bday surprise! haha
Brooklynn lost a tooth and was washing it off and it fell down the drain. She was so sad and thought she wasn’t going to get any money from the tooth fairy. She wrote the tooth fairy a letter. Her letters are the best! I love them!
Well we are having ANOTHER girl!! Yay! I am really excited. I love girls!! Jay did want a boy but loves his girls so he is excited too! What is he going to do being so outnumbered?? Poor thing! His girls love hanging out with him and riding motorcycles, and camping and helping him with whatever he is doing. Who needs a boy??!!
The girls wanted to play softball this season instead of soccer. They had never played before so didn’t really know what to expect. The team they are on is age 7-10 year olds. Most of the girls on their team have never played before. It isn’t coach pitch either! So some of the pitchers are so fast! It’s crazy!
They have a lot of fun playing and are both really good at it. It’s fun being able to have them on the same team.

Yes! It’s true! I am almost 15 weeks pregnant! We are so excited! I got so sick with my first 2 that it took me 7 years to finally decide I could do it again! The girls are so excited and can’t wait! They are going to be the best helpers!! I have been pretty sick with this one. They put me on the zofran 3x a day and then unisom at night. It seems to be helping. I’m not in the hospital on IVs at least!! I do wish I lived close to my mom so she could take care of me! I do have wonderful friends and a wonderful mother in law that have helped out so much!
I saw this on another blog and thought it was a cute idea to journal everything every week.
15 weeks:
Total Weight Gain: 4lbs so far
Symptoms: Still throwing up at least 1-2x a day usually in the afternoon and at night.
Stretch Marks: None
Sleep: I take unisom at night for nausea so I sleep ok for a few hrs then I usually wake up and can’t go back to sleep!
Best Moment Last Week: Hearing the babies heart beat at the Drs. It was 148.
Movement: nothing yet
Cravings: Ice from Sonic. Thank goodness they sell their ice by the bags! Turkey and avocado sandwiches which is weird cause I have never eaten a sandwich with avocado on it in my life! And Crispix cereal. Thats all I can eat for breakfast. Every morning and a lot of times I will have it for dinner too!
What I Miss: having the energy to get up and do anything! Not having a headache every day! The zofran makes them a lot worse. I miss being able to eat whatever I want. I haven’t had a starburst in 4 months! I know! Can you believe it??
What am I looking forward to: The sickness being gone!!
Milestones: I’m gaining weight so that is good. And I haven’t had to be on IVs with this pregnancy. So GLAD!!
How is Daddy? He is really excited! He has been gone a lot working out of town. He has been cooking some good meals when he is here! Too bad I can’t eat any of them :(
We were at the park by our house for the girls softball practice. When it gets dark little frogs start to come out and the girls would go catch them in the bushes and rocks. All of a sudden we heard Brooklynn screaming RATTLESNAKE!! She had almost stepped on it! It was coiled up ready to strike! SOOO SCARY!! Jay took care of it with their pink bat. Needless to say, they don’t get to hunt for frogs anymore!
I can’t believe summer is over and school is starting!! Lexie is going into 6th grade!! I can’t believe I am old enough to have a 6th grader!! Atleast 6th grade is still in elementary school here. I don’t feel like shes that old yet. Brooklynn is going into 2nd. They were so excited and ready to get back to see all of their friends!
We go to Monicello every year over the 24th. We all take our campers up on the mountain and camp and then go down into town for all the festivities. They have a little bike parade for the kids. Brooklynn was in need of a new bike. She had outgrown her old little one. So Jay took her to a bike shop in Moab and she picked one out. She was SOOO excited to finally have a cool bike like Lexie.
Jay took them on a bike ride to the gas station to get a treat. They loved every minute of it!
Our dog Tank loved the cooler weather.
When we got to Monticello, all the cousins told us that they had tranquilized a bear and wanted us to come check it out. I guess they have been having lots of bears on the mountains and down in town!
It was pretty crazy to see a big bear up that close. It stunk really bad!
The kids look forward to this trip every year. They love playing with all their cousins and riding their 4 wheelers around everywhere and just getting dirty!
They have a cute parade every year. The kids get all dressed up in their red white and blue.
Tank has not been feeling very good. He has a big growth on his side and problems with his um private area.. We were told there was a good vet that lived in Blanding 20 min away. Hes an old farm doctor. When we pulled up it looked like something out of a horror movie! I was scared!!
Poor Tank didn’t want to get out of the truck! I don’t blame him!! There were all these animals roaming around everywhere.

CREEPY!!! I’m not sure if he knew really what he was talking about. He gave us some pills he went and dug up out of his house and told us to try those and charged us $20 total. I guess we will see!! haha
